A Google employee recently released a 10 page internal memo challenging Google’s training and practices.
However, Mr. Damore’s attributions, charts and links were removed from those documents.
James Damore released a thoughtful;, intelligent , non judgmental 3300 word essay with attributions, links, charts and graphs suggesting ways to make Google better.
Googles response was this.
Challenging one of the largest tech companies in the world is no small undertaking and making sure the original document doesn’t slide down the memory hole seemed a very worth while pursuit.
So here it is!
In a frantic late night search I was able to obtain the entire original PDF file and have provided a download link for the full document in this piece.
Mr. Damore said:
“Google’s left bias has created a politically correct monoculture that maintains its hold by shaming dissenters into silence.”
Neither James Damore , nor I, plan to be silent on this issue.

I value diversity and inclusion, am not denying that sexism exists, and don’t endorse using stereotypes. When addressing the gap in representation in the population, we need to look at population level differences in distributions. James Damore challenged the liberal progressive, corporate juggernaut to a battle of ideas and, like our universities, which have become hotbeds for indoctrination and not of free speech and thought, they proved him right, by firing him.
Anti-Conservative, anti-Christian, anti-white, anti-male bigotry is still bigotry.
If Google is going to be the champion of tolerance, diversity and inclusion, they are bound by duty to not only accept James Damore’s point of view, but to embrace it.
They won’t; because they aren’t.
